You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please allow 12 hours before tracking updates appear.

If your order has been lost or damaged in transit, we will happily replace this for you.

Your order is packaged within 1-2 business days and sent from our warehouse in NSW via Australia Post with tracking.

We will attempt to organise this for you prior to the order being shipped, however this may not always be possible.

Yes – if you choose any of our Organic Gift Sets or add Personalised Gift Wrapping to your cart, your items are delicately encased in soft white paper, placed inside a natural kraft box then sealed with love from 'your name'.
Don't forget to enter your name before adding to cart.
